A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before you get started.
Can I track rare coins alongside bullion?
Yes. Organize them into categories and choose separately whether each category contributes to bullion cost averages, unrealized P/L, and realized profit. The holdings stay in your inventory.
Do I have to build every category from scratch?
No. The starter catalog lets you select categories and item templates to install. You can also create and customize your own catalog.
Can a Collector account use POS or invite employees?
Collector Suite is for one account manager and personal inventory. POS, customer sales history, quotes, grading intake, and employee access are Dealer features.
Can I export my inventory?
Both suites include inventory reports and manager-accessible backups. Reporting-inclusion switches affect the applicable summaries; all-holdings exports retain the underlying inventory.
What happens when I click Sign up?
You'll open Precious Metal Suite, register or sign in, create your business or collection account, and choose a plan. Eligible access vouchers can also be redeemed inside the app.
Are the dashboard values an appraisal?
No. Metal values use available spot prices and recorded metal content. They don't determine a collectible coin's numismatic value. The sample dashboard on this page is illustrative, not a live price feed.
